Privacy

Sheaf stores the account details you give us (name, email, a salted hash of your password) and the data you add: clients, projects, tasks, time entries, expenses and invoices. We use it only to run the service for you.

If you join the waiting list, we store your email address and which page you signed up on, and use it only to send the Harvest switch checklist and Sheaf launch updates. Every email has a way to unsubscribe, or write to hello@guestleaf.app.

We don’t sell your data or show ads. We don’t use tracking cookies or analytics scripts; the only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

Harvest access tokens are used only during an import and are not stored.

Data is hosted on Cloudflare. You can export your time data as CSV at any time, and the team owner can delete the team and all its data from Settings.
