Pricing questions
Why don’t you show a price yet?
Because we haven’t set it, and we’d rather not publish a number we might change. What we can promise is the shape of it: one flat price per person, everything included, no usage fees.
What happens when the beta ends?
We’ll email every team owner at least 30 days before paid plans start. There’s no card on file during the beta, so nobody gets charged by surprise: you decide whether to stay, or export your data and leave.
What is the founding discount?
Teams that join during the beta get a lower price than new teams when paid plans start. We’ll publish the exact discount together with the price.
Are there fees on invoices or payments?
No. Sheaf doesn’t charge per invoice or take a percentage of what you bill. It doesn’t process card payments today, so there is no payment fee either.
How do I cancel?
There’s no contract during the beta. The team owner can delete the team and all its data from Settings in a couple of clicks, and you can export reports to CSV first.
